I am Drew Kuhlmann and have been a licensed Real Estate Agent since the end of 2006.  I have experienced the up and down cycles of Real Estate.  In 2008 I was a short sale specialist where I focused on helping homeowners avoid foreclosure by negotiating with the loan servicers to accept less than what was owed on the mortgage so everyone avoided the foreclosure process.

I'm a Christian, Father of an 8 year old, Student Driving Instructor, and Investor.  I'm a member of First Baptist of Lexington and have also been involved in other churches as well.
